Israel-based 9beach Group has launched a new concept, 9beach Fusion Kitchen & Lounge Bar in Miami Beach, a 3,300 sf restaurant with an additional 5,000 sf outdoor lounge featuring a casual Mediterranean-inspired menu and craft cocktails. With seven successful 9beach locations in Israel and a Gilgamesh Restaurant Bar and Lounge in Camden Stables Market, London, 9beach Miami marks the brand’s first venue in the U.S.
9beach Miami kitchen is helmed by executive Chef Tal Aboav, who worked at the original Tel Avivi location. Chef Tal has been cooking all his life and professionally for the last 17 years. In addition to the European types of cuisines, he was exposed to a variety of different styles and techniques including Kosher, Sushi, Thai, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, New American, Modern Cuisine, Mexican, and Pastry. He also spent some time training with one of the Chefs of Chef Gordon Ramsay (London), Chef Daniel Pekkaer (El-Bulli Restaurant, Spain) and Eldad Shem Tov (Noma Restaurant, Denmark). On top of everything he also received molecular cooking training and trained as a Pastry Chef in Tadmore Culinary School.
The menu is combination between casual beachfront dining at cafe 9beach in Israel and award-winning and critically acclaimed, the internationally famous Pan-Asian restaurant, Gilgamesh. For lunch you can order Rustic Chickpeas ($5), Salmon Tar-Tar ($15), or Crispy Shrimp & Dumplings ($18). From delicious dinner options you may try Moroccan Chicken ($23), 9Beach Skirt Steak ($28), Lamb Chops ($33), or Misto di Mare ($45). The bar is featuring craft cocktails with fresh ingredients only including Coco Nib Old Fashioned, Mango Whiskey Sour, Dragon-berry Mojito, or Raspberry Ginger Collins. 9beach Miami will be open daily for breakfast from 8am-12pm, lunch from 12pm-4pm, and dinner from 6pm till Midnight.
